The right creators, a clear brief, and content you can use again.
The problem
Influencer campaigns usually go wrong in the same few ways. Creators get picked for their follower count. The brief is two lines on WhatsApp. Nobody agrees who can reuse the content. Then the report shows reach and nothing about bookings. Most of this can be sorted out before the first post goes up.
What's included
- Finding and shortlisting creators by audience, content quality and the brands they've worked with
- The campaign idea and a written brief for each creator
- Outreach, fees and agreements, including who can use the content afterwards
- Arranging hosted stays, meals or event passes and coordinating the visit
- Checking content against the brief before it goes live
- A report on what was posted, how it did and whether to do it again
How the engagement works
- We agree on the goal first. Awareness, a launch, bookings or content for ads all need different creators.
- You approve every creator on the shortlist before we contact them
- We coordinate everything until the posts are live
- A review call after the campaign
Deliverables
- Approved creator shortlist
- Campaign brief
- Published content, with usage rights agreed in writing
- Campaign report
What we'll need from you
- What you want from the campaign, and anything you won't do
- Rooms, tables or passes to offer, if it's a hosted campaign
- Budget for creator fees, where creators charge
How we measure success
- Whether creators delivered what the brief asked for
- Engagement from the creator's own followers
- Visits, codes or enquiries we can track, where the campaign is set up for it
- Content you can reuse on your page and in ads
